Have a problem with their customer service its located in India. Hard to communicate with the people in India. I have a big problem with CheapOair to receive a refund. my booking number 67877673 was canceled. I am waiting a long time for the refund
It is unfortunate that all Customer Queries are handled by Telemarketing staff located in India All of them are working from home resulting in poor coordination between Departments. There is also a lack of supervision and accountability on the part of staff in India. They are acting like they are doing us a favor as they have no loyalty to Cheapoair. This is bad news for the consumer. They tend to pick and choose the easy cases and tend to put the others on the back burners. They have a habit of not opening emails even after you send them with info they requested. I have been contacting them for the last 3 weeks and could not find one single person taking responsibility to my problem. It is good that you say that my case is being handled but when, where, and by who? What kind of guarantee can I get that someone from billing in India will contact me? I would say the chances are zero

If I could give them a negative I would. We had our flight canceled by spirit because of covid19 and we never could ... and never have gotten a live person about this mess out of 12 phone numbers. Even tried online forms. They refunded our tickets, basic insurance BUT NOT THE TAXES and SERVICE FEES!!! How is that correct?! Those should also be refunded.Taxes on a flight canceled and services should be refunded at the same time as the ticket refund! That is just common sense!! It may not be important to them but it is incorrect and needs to be handed correctly. I wish I could give them a negative review!! Will never deal with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them!

I have never had any trouble, just make sure you double check your info due to website glitches. These truly are the cheapest prices and safe online booking process for plane tickets!

hi cheapoair CEO, Pls send this agent EZRA in exchange department an appreciation certificate and more. she is the most patient, helpful, professional agent. she went above and beyond when she helped me fix my itinerary on a 2 hours long call.
it was a mess, i was changing my itinerary for like 4th time due to some personal issues. and there were not many option on my desired dates. she helped me go through all the best possible options, nearby dates and nearby airports and much much more i dont even remember, i was so stressed out because of a couple of surgeries. i really didnt want to travel in that condition. i called cheapo helpline less than 24 hours before my flight. but still was able to get great deal on new itinerary.
although i was charged good money everytime i changed my dates. so i wasnt very happy with cheapo ( i dont even know if it was cheapo or the airline charging me, but i was getting expensive for me.
so if it wasnt for EZRA in exchange dept, i would probably not come back to cheapoair. you know, customers power.
but this agents good skill powers fix it all for me. and i was so relieved after the call ended.
please value your good agents. they make good money for you. especially like this gem.
it took me like 2-3 months to write this. i was being lazy. but i just couldnt skip this one.

Soon after I made the reservation, I received a phone...

Soon after I made the reservation, I received a phone call from a man with a strong foreign accent. The caller ID showed "ROBO CALLER". I did answer the call in case it was from someone I knew but didn't have saved in my contacts. The man was "polite" but I could sense a degree of irritation in his voice because I questioned why he need information that I had already entered online when making the reservation. His words were fine, but his tone of voice was clearly irritated at me for questioning him about why he needed my personal information that I had already entered online. I also looked at the reservation emailed to me and it showed that I signed up for ad notifications, when I clearly checked the box that I DID NOT want notifications sent to my email. Now I am forced to go thru an "unsubscribe" process when I didn't subscribe in the first place. I don't know that I will ever use CheapOair again if this is how your customer service agents behave towards customers.
